Vom 9. bis 11. Oktober richten wir als CSD Magdeburg e.V. die Annual General Meeting der European Pride Organisers Association aus. Erstmals seit über 20 Jahren trifft sich die europäische Pride-Bewegung wieder in Deutschland – und zum ersten Mal in Ostdeutschland.
Nur einen Monat nach der Landtagswahl kommen Pride-Organisator*innen aus ganz Europa nach Sachsen-Anhalt. Diese Konferenz ist ein wichtiger Ort, um Erfahrungen zu teilen und gemeinsam zu beraten, wie wir queere Menschen und Pride-Veranstaltungen künftig stärken können.
Die Organisation ist für uns gerade eine große Herausforderung. Aufgrund der politischen Situation sind Sponsoren abgesprungen, und die Finanzierung ist noch nicht vollständig gesichert. Deshalb sind wir auf eure Unterstützung angewiesen.

Europe is coming to Magdeburg. We need your support to make this conference happen. 🌈
From 9 to 11 October, CSD Magdeburg e.V. will host the Annual General Meeting of the European Pride Organisers Association. For the first time in more than 20 years, Europe’s Pride organisers will meet in Germany – and for the first time in eastern Germany.
Just one month after the state election, Pride organisers from across Europe will come to Saxony-Anhalt. This conference is a chance to share experiences and decide together how we can strengthen queer communities and Pride events in the years ahead.
Organising it is a major challenge for us right now. Sponsors have withdrawn amid the political situation, and our funding is still not fully secured. We need your support.
