From 9–11 October 2026, Magdeburg will become a central meeting point for the European Pride movement.
In a year marking 30 years of CSD Magdeburg, we warmly invite you to be part of a powerful moment of connection, solidarity, and shared responsibility for the future of Pride in Europe.
The EPOA Annual General Meeting 2026 is more than just a conference.
It is a space for dialogue, strategy, celebration, and visibility – taking place in the heart of Europe, in a region where Pride work truly matters and makes a difference.

What is included in the participation fee?
The participation fee for the EPOA AGM 2026 is an all-inclusive package, designed to ensure a smooth and stress-free participation throughout the AGM.
- 2 nights at the official conference hotel (including breakfast)
- All meals during the AGM (lunches and dinners)
- Full access to all plenary sessions, workshops, and official AGM formats
- Access to evening events and the cultural programme
- Dedicated space for networking, exchange, and European collaboration
- Professional conference infrastructure, including meeting rooms, technical equipment, and accessibility
Participation fees are tiered by booking phase to make attendance accessible to as many organisations as possible.

The official conference hotel is located directly next to Magdeburg Central Station and offers:
- modern conference and meeting rooms
- a large plenary hall
- short distances between accommodation and conference spaces
- restaurant, bar, pool, and sauna facilities
- excellent accessibility for international participants
All official AGM formats and sessions will take place at this central venue.
In addition, we have arranged a room contingent that allows you to book the nights before or after the conference directly with the hotel at reliable rates.

€450 for extra late and/or on-site registrations, after 9 October, 2026.
+€75 in addition to each rate above for individuals from non-member organizations.

Solidarity & Accessibility
The EPOA AGM 2026 stands for solidarity, participation, and shared responsibility .
A dedicated Solidarity & Support Fund helps delegates attend the AGM who might otherwise not be able to participate — especially those from structurally disadvantaged regions across Europe.
Because Pride thrives on diversity — and diversity needs access.
EPOA GALA 2026
The EPOA Gala 2026 in Magdeburg will be the ceremonial highlight of the AGM.
Hosted at the iconic Hyparschale Magdeburg, around
500 guests will come together for an unforgettable evening celebrating Pride, solidarity, and European unity — the grand gala night of this exceptional event.
